Cassata Delight

Ingredients

‘Pik’ Cake Mix (Vanilla) - 1 Pkt

‘Pik’ Mango ice cream - 1 Pkt

‘Pik’ Vanilla ice cream - 1 Pkt

‘Pik’ Strawberry ice cream - 1 PktChocolate sauce - ½ Cup

‘Pik’ Whipped Topping - 1 PktNuts chopped - ½ Cup

Method

  • Prepare the Ice Cream as per the directions on the packet.
  • Prepare the Whipped Topping as per the directions on the packet.
  • Prepare the Cake as per the directions on the packet.

Assembling

  • In an ice cream tin, place a slice of the cake at the bottom. Press it in the tin.
  • Semi melt the strawberry ice cream.
  • Place the strawberry ice cream on the cake and set in the freezer.
  • Similarly set the other two flavours when the previous one is semi set. Cover and freeze.
  • Once frozen take it out of the mould and slice it.
  • Pour Chocolate Sauce and whipped Topping on it.
  • Top it with nuts.
